You could be seen as being openly critical of your boss.&amp;nbsp; Some bosses may take this well, others would see it as insubordination and it could be a disciplinary offence.&lt;/p&gt;

I presume the vet in question uses regional anaesthesia to perform the surgery (!) so maybe he/she figures that this is enough? The fact that cows are laid back doesn&amp;#39;t seem like a good enough reason does it?.. If we just look at how rabbits deal with pain (ie hide it) .. we all know that &amp;#39;how&amp;#39; an animal deals with pain doesn&amp;#39;t mean we shouldn&amp;#39;t do all we can to prevent/treat it.. What do the other nurses/vets at the practice think? Is this standard protocol, or is it just this vet that doesn&amp;#39;t use post-op NSAIDS?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
