Been having major problems with them recently! One of our branch surgeries has been offline for a week now and they've still not resolved it. Rage!

We had Jupiter at the practice I trained at, and I have to say I loved it! The problems we had were with the internet rather than Jupiter itself, as we had internet based system with main server not in our building (it was going between 3 practices). I'm now at a practice that uses PremVet and I HATE it! The practice I was at before the one i'm at now had Tristan, and I hated that too. And my first practice had NVS system, which was rubbish! So out of the 4 systems i've used, i'd choose Jupiter any day. When we had problems (like someone accidentally deleting the printer connection, whoops!) they were always helpful and got it sorted remotely asap.

I would love to be able to watch the stars but unfortunately would just fall asleep!! will look out for mars though!!

Very similar to you sounds like, the statements dont make any sense, crediting things is silly. the stock never adds up, the batch numbers are really difficult. they don't seem to of thought of the most obvious of things and as for the support, they never, never have the answer to your question, and never phone you back. I find them patronising, and they never take you seriously!! we had it installed in novemeber and are really dissappointed, had premvet before so were on computer but it was MS DOS based, so nice to have windows based, but definately wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!

Nice to know it not just us!!

I got really excited then... I thought you meant the planet Jupiter! Oh dear...

I've been watching it this week, you can see venus and jupiter together, one above each other (just really bright stars) and if you turn 180 degrees you can see a 'red' star, yep mars!

Hope its not just me who gets excited over star gazing.....

Yep lots, we haven't even been with them for a year yet and we are very disappointed with a lot of things particularly there lack of support/knowledge when you ring them up to try and sort out the problems! We're due a system up date this month and they promise its going to end all our current problems..Don't believe them for a second!

As for the accounts, the invoices that you print off for clients barely make any sense we constantly have to explain it all to clients when they query the bill. When you credit something it is so unclear on the client history and if you print out an insurance invoice it ignores any credits given! Just crazy but then for all its faults its still a million times better than being on card system! But wouldn't reccomend Jupitar to any practice looking to change.
