I did a serach and found a thread from 2009 about peoples opinions for microfibre pads vs old fashioned mops and just wondered if anyone had made the change?
I'm thinking of changing over to mircofibre pads, as i presume they must be better

Re: Microfibre mops

that is it exactly. we used this at my previous practice and I thought they were amazing.

Re: Microfibre mops

Sorry, thought I'd replied. Sounds silly, but do you stick them in the bucket with the disinfectant and then wring them out, put them on the handle, mop and repeat until the floor is done?

Thanks x

Re: Microfibre mops

we use microfibre mops. the thing I like is that you can wring them out before putting them on the handle so you are damp dusting rather than wetting the floor which takes ages to dry and probably is a harbour for more bacterial growth. Also you can use them for damp dusting walls too!
