I'm bunny-mad! & have set-up/run rabbit clinics at 2 practices I have worked at.

Good companies for practice support materials are;

Intervet - They make "Rabbit Health Check" forms - often used for "Rabbit Week" as it was, but you can request seperately.
If you use their vaccines, they will also supply "The Importance of Vaccinating your Rabbit" leaflets & Rabbit Care Guide books.

Supreme Science - Do fab posters; Rabbit Digestive Tract, Rabbit Teeth, a new one about Rabbit Obesity & Weight Management, Guide to Dangerous plants, lots of lovely client handouts. I personally consider their Supreme Science Rabbit food to supercede Burgess Excel & am currently trying to change my new practice over to it. At a previous practice, they gave us 2 outers of each of their Rabbit Diets (Junior, Adult & Mature) as free samples!

The Rabbit Welfare Association - Do excellent leaflets on all aspects of Rabbit Care & Welfare. You have to pay for a set of them, but you are helping towards a charity & they're worth it too. Your practice can join as a member & receive a certain amount of leaflets for free, a quarterly magazine to have in your waiting room, along with lots of other benefits. They also have download-able leaflets & handouts on their website.

West Wales Willows - will send you a HUGE box of their lovely willow hay (for free!), with some leaflets & little paper bags to give it out to, to encourage owners to feed more hay.

Burns Pet Foods - Have a download-able leaflet on their website depicting a "food-triangle" for bunnies; huge chunk of hay at the bottom, leading up to a teeny triangle of pellets at the top. They also produce a range of different hays/herbal mixes/healthy treats you can promote.

Ok, so there's some bumph to get, as for clinic content, the health check forms are a good grounding to start with, or even just to prompt you through different things to check & ask the owner about.

My core elements to a consult would be;

*Diet!
*Companionship & Neutering!
*Suitable environment (6x2x2 hutch) & the importance of environmental enrichment
*Vaccination
*Insurance & Microchipping
*Teach the owner how to perfom a basic health check & warn them of things to look out for - wet chin/sticky eyes/bum/ears etc
*Discuss ectoparasite treatments

You can then run "spin-off" clinics, to cover any problems that may present at this initial consultation such as:

*Weight Clinics
*Elderly Bun Clinics (check for lumps/bumps/arthritic changes, generally answer any owner worries)
*Pre-op Neutering Clinics (useful to discuss pre & post op care in depth)
*Dental Clinics (buns with teeth issues that need checking regularly but don't necessarily have to see a vet & pay a consult every time)
*Behaviour Clinics (if you feel confident enough)

Phew....

I hope that's enough to get you started!!

Let me know how you get on & if I can be of any more help
