Im still waiting for mine too and its caused a bit of bother with BSAVA membership, and going to the congress :(

says if you have received your certificate but not yet received your registration pack to contact the VN department-details of which are on RCVS website. They sent my forms to me after my qualification ceremony. Some things do take longer than others but you can always call them to chase it up. You can pay your renewal fees online but don't think you can register as a new RVN online and pay initial fees-might be wrong though. Might be worth checking they have the right address for you ie your home address not your college/uni address. Hope this helps :)

But I still need to send them the registration fee and my record of training forms before I can go on the register and get my certificates

I believe if you qualified in Jan you will have automatically been put onto the register. I think that registration is renewed every November.
