&lt;p&gt;I got married july last year and the wedding dress people were lovely - i did have a very bad experience in another shop and the shop i got my dress from said they do have numerous people turn up telling them about this other shops attitude.Its appalling.&lt;/p&gt;

I have emailed them and will also send a letter if I dont get a reply the only problem is in my state i didnt write down the design name of the dress. so I am searching through my wedding file to find my reciept to see if its on there. its just been such a nightmare! thanks so much for doing that for me!&lt;/p&gt;

If it&amp;#39;s not too late and they haven&amp;#39;t yet ordered the replacement, if you know the manufacturer/designer&amp;#39;s name of the original one, it may be worth contacting them directly as they will know exactly who has what stock and it may just be that if you complain loudly enough about the shop, they can track one down in your size elsewhere and get it to them. You&amp;#39;d probably have to do this yourself but I used to rep for a wedding dress company and they used to pull out all the stops if something like this happened as they usually want to maintain their reputation and that of their retailers. If you know the name, let me know and I can let you know if they&amp;#39;re one which is likely to be helpful or not as I know a good chunk of their reputations from trade exhibitions (like we all know which pharmaceutical companies are good to deal with etc).&lt;/p&gt;
