&lt;p&gt;a) pay to weigh in every week like you do at Weight Watchers&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;b) find sponsors who would pay per pound lost / total when you reach your target&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;or a combination of both.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m not sure how the weigh in would work as we are all across the country - that is more aimed at small groups of ppl dieting in the same area. However, it can be arranged for us to weigh ourselves at home and email our leader our weights. Not sure how the weekly payment would work if we do it this - I would have to get back to Sarah at PDSA HO to find out. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Personally I was going to ask friends and family to sponsor me 5p per/lb, as I have 3&amp;nbsp;stone&amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;d like to shift.&lt;/p&gt;
