What about the job section under jobs wanted on here ( far right of the tabs along the top of the page? Its the first place I would look if I was looking to fill a trainee position

Put some more details on here Were are you midlands, south?? Will you relocate?? Give as much as you can on here to get peoples attention as you are already sending cv out.

Yes i have allrady tried that and i am still sending them out but its really difficult to find a trainign practice these days

I would suggest taking a more active role. When I wanted to start training, I sent letters and CVs out to every surgery within driving distance.
