I used to do a weekly visit to a marine aquarium in the Middle East...good times. Still passionately pro-shark! I flew into Adelaide during the summer for a friends wedding. I got my flights through trail finders, who were very helpful. I flew with Malaysian airways, so flew Glasgow - Heathrow - Kuala Lumpur - Adelaide. The longest I had in any airport was 5 hours, which wasnt too long. I got my return flights for £1077 . . . Had I booked them two weeks previously I would have got them for £800. Doh! There are so many options and routes to get there. Suppose it all depends on how much time you plan on spending in each place and if there's anywhere specific you want to stop off. The main places being Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Dubai. Hope yuo get it all sorted!

Re: Flights to OZ

Bless. My mum was just the same - She told her friends she was grieving my loss! Oz is a safe country for even those with little common sense. The people are friendly, the transport is good. So many people travel around there, she will meet heaps of like minded people! Just needs to be sensible!

If i can travel unscathed - she will too! =)
