Maybe a discussion forum on this topic would open it up even more - you could get permission of those posting to use the material?

Done I'm cohort 8 and on my first placement, but I did 5 years unqualified back in the 90's and also last year as a volunteer at my local PDSA, so i've drawn on all my previous experience to fill in your survey. Hope that's OK
