Congratulations!

At the interview for the job I started before Christmas, I was thrown some right corkers which I wasn't expecting;

"How would you describe yourself?" - the temptation to say 5'4, borwn hair, blue eyes was strong!

and the killer question.....

"What would you say are your negative points?" ... absolutely dumbfouneded at this one! panicked a bit, but said I was a bit OCD about cleaning & that was ok!

I ditto what the others have said, there's no point trying to put on some kinda facade, as you'll have to maintain it forever more, it's better to just be totally you & if they don't like 'you' then the job obviously wouldn't work out.

As the others have said be yourself, its you that they have asked back for an interview so you've already done something right, wear something simple and smart, and make sure you tell them all your strengths and that you are willing to learn when it comes to areas your less competent with..

Everybody has to start somewhere so be honest if your unsure and remember : it is better to under promise and over deliver

IS IT REFERRAL ? DO YOU KNOW THEY HAVE A LOT OF FANCY EQUIPTMENT ?

AS OTHERS HAVE SAD DONT GET STUCK ON THAT. ALOT OF PLACES LIKE TOO HAVE PEOPLE THEY CAN TRAIN UP THERE OWN WAY. JUST BE YOU. THEY ASKED YO FOR INTERVIEW THAT HALF THE BATTLE WON X

Hey

I know u r nervous but try to focus on what u would bring to the practice. Make sure u put it across that u r adaptable and although u think u might lack experience they would not have offered u an interview if they were not interested in hearing from u.

I would try not to get too bogged down in the monitoring equipment and stuff - afterall - if u get the job they will have another nurse run through these things with u.

As u said in your post this is a direction u want to go in - make sure u add that in at some point! lol!
