I agree with this, talking down about bosses and other members of staff on a public forum is unprofessional.

I've had a couple of horrid bosses, one told me I was awful and would never become a veterinary nursed, by the time I left that practice I jumped every time I saw a car that looked like hers! One boos thought it was hilarious to flick barium over my uniform so I looked like mess when I had to deal with clients.

My boss is lovely, we are really, really lucky! An old practice I worked at had a boot of a practice manager though so I feel your pain :(
