This book was like my bible during training! Its tells you everything step by step with some diagrams and also why you perform each step the way you do. Its very good and i highly recommend it!

I recommend this book a lot as well. I found it really helped me to understand why I was doing things, and made writing the appendices for my portfolio a million times eaiser. Out of all my nursing books this is probably the one that I have used the most, and still use it if doing any training with our student nurses as I know it will tell th,e how to do things properly, rather than the way the vets do it

Hello, I'm pretty sure that at the back of the Handbook of Veterinary Nursing, there is a section on how to do certain procedures. I can't find my copy to check though and I did have the first edition, which I can't find on Google books.
