&lt;p&gt;Yes, that&amp;#39;s the one,&amp;nbsp;they do seem to be spreading! The wages are very low even considering location. Think I&amp;#39;d better keep looking. Don&amp;#39;t mind doing emergency work but feel that the responsibilites it brings need to be compensated properly!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Just been reading your post and responses and I see you refer to your job being all on call. I don&amp;#39;t suppose it is a nationally spredding on call service for practices around your town / city?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If so they do have a reputation for paying quite a low salary over all. Even their locum staff too.&lt;/p&gt;
