I would suggest phoning the RCVS practice standards helpline. As the practices are all part of a larger group it might mean that the records for the main hospital are OK. The woman who works at the RCVS on the practice standards desk has been really helpful whilst I having been getting the practice ready for tier II. (I think this must be one of the only times I would recommend asking the RCVS for help!)

There's a class about it at BSAVA this year, on the Saturday. Sorry, thats all i know! Hoping to learn more then.
