 does anyone have any experience with this? im researching the possibility of setting this up for our practice so im looking for some advice on how it works (or not as the case may be) within practices currently. 
 from what i can see some</description><dc:language>en-US</dc:language><generator>Telligent Community 10</generator><item><title>Re: Online repeat prescriptions?</title><link>https://www.vetnurse.co.uk/thread/124329?ContentTypeID=1</link><pubDate>Fri, 16 Dec 2011 19:59:17 GMT</pubDate><guid isPermaLink="false">1a0763ec-3885-442c-853e-6cef656dfec5:eb1933ef-4875-4937-aa79-76089b7ae12e</guid><dc:creator>Gemma Burden RVN</dc:creator><description>&lt;p&gt;We have the facility for clients to place repeat prescriptions from our website, which then come through to the main practice email.&amp;nbsp; I have a feeling the website will be updates soon so if it is I am going to ask that there is a more structured form as currently they don&amp;#39;t have to put too much detail and some will literally just put the name of the drug and nothing else (the dose they are using etc).&amp;nbsp; When we get a repeat prescription request through we add it to our repeats book by the nurse or receptionist that is dealing with the emails at the time and it gets dealt with in the normal manner, and we send an email back to the client to tell them at we received the request and when to expect it to be ready.&amp;nbsp; We don&amp;#39;t get a huge amount of online requests, the vast majority of clients still prefer to phone, and personally I do prefer to speak to them so that we can pick up on any problems (such as when you ask them how many tablets etc they are given and they tell you someting completely different to what it says on the computer), tell them if they are due check ups etc,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
