I've acquired some beautiful passion fruit curd and have absolutely no idea what to do with it! Any good dessert recipes will be much appreciated! I'm thinking maybe a baked cheesecake but I've yet to find a good recipe for one.
Many thanks

Re: Passion fruit recipes

Passionfruit pavlova!
its a bit like a bakewell tart sort of idea but instead of raspberry jam or strawberry jam I use passion fruit and instead of a sweet almond sponge I use a ginger sponge - it tastes not bad, and can be used as a sliced cake or a pudding with the addition of custard or my favourite vanilla icecream. Have also tried this with rhubarb preserve and it is good too
