&lt;p&gt;We&amp;#39;ve had 2 sets of Salter Brecknell MS20 Infant/Vet scales for 4 &amp;amp; a half years now without any problems. One set stays in the Vet&amp;#39;s room, the other set gets shifted about easily.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ours our robust / plastic, the only downside is the plastic is slightly textured so gets grubby quite easily but they&amp;#39;re fairly easily cleaned with a scrubbing/nail brush.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Not sure where we got them from though but can let you know next week if you need any info!&lt;/p&gt;
