thats part of it and also the overspend on the basement work - but is also criticising the lack of management of any budget or any spending limits, the lack of any audit either inside or outside of the RCVS and a failure to learn from previous overspends - and this is what we have as a governing body!!! I wonder how much more money is wasted that we dont even know about?

Lets just see how much the retention fee goes up by next year to pay for this

(I see this has been posted in the 'Whats new' section on vetsurgeon - would it be possible to put it in our news section as well Arlo? I think it is quite important and might be of interest to others on here - and you put it a lot better than I can, I found this originally on another site I go on )

I admit, I got a little bored, but is the general synopsis that the college wasted OOODLES of cash implementing a new database and didn't oversee its installation properly, communicated with the installer badly and this led to increased costs and delays in setting up the database????

ok so maybe it wasnt that interesting to anybody else - but maybe it should be this is what your money is being spent on folks, or some of it and who knows what else is being spent and on what?
