I usually make some notes which helps me remember what has been said (!) but also provides some evidence that I watched the webinar rather than just downloaded the certificate.

I agree with F1chick and think, from the RCVS guidelines, that this type of CPD counts. I record them in column A and dont think they come into the 'other undocumented private studies' category, because I've got some notes & a certificate in my learning diary, so there's no restriction on the number of hours that can count towards my CPD requirements. Because there's no actual assessment I think you have to keep a learning diary which includes an element of reflection on what you've learnt.

If you approach the RCVS and they tell you anything different please let me know!

Going by the guidance notes, I think it is ok and in my mind would come under online assessment? might be wrong.

I cant contact a rep as I'm not employed as a nurse at the moment, currently with my children but trying my best to keep my CPD up. I think I'll just have to assume that its ok that I have these 'certificates' and that they can count as CPD.

good question. i take it as trust that you will have done them and almost self certify the time but you could contact your Virbac rep for more speicific advice or even RCVS/BVNA as they are the ones who want the proof of CPD
