I was in a referral and 1st oping practice and was on about 14k this was 6 yrs ago so I expect a bit more now.

I have just left referral practice - I was working days, 37.5 hour week and I was on £23,838.

I was offered a job in Hampshire at a referral centre. 40 hours a week, just days inc weekends for £20,000 as a new grad.

Depends on the practice and area, and also your qualifications. I'm starting in a referral practice soon with a base salary of 18k but works out at around 21k when you include weekends and bank hols. In most places I have looked at, the salary increases by 5-6k if your have the advance diploma

It all depends on where the referral practice is, I have seen adverts starting at 18k, although I don't know if this is a mix of nights/days or just days.

From past experience salary usually starts from 22k upwards depending on hours/experience.
