I also did it the long winded way. You can't actually count the number at the top because that's tasks logged not tasks signed off.

4 completed tasks equates to 1% I just count how much iv'e completed

By doing it the long winded method, do you go into each unit & check the 'total units logged by the student' in the top right or by counting the 'skill activity logged?? Its my 1st time as a CC so any tips gratefully received!!!

My students college send out spreadsheet and graph each month to show how much the students have completed on their NPL. If I want to know in between (like this week) have to do it the long winded method. Said college have set quite a tight deadline for NPL completion, hence the monthly reports.

Hi, I know this was posted a long time ago but just wondered if you ever found an easier way to calculate the percentage logged?

Speak to the student's course provider. They can print off a report showing how many tasks the student has completed.

well, I did it the hard way, by counting the total amount of tasks, and then number completed, and working out a percentage from there. long and drawn out I know, but I couldn't find another way
