With the puppy/kitten ones I include a free food sample bag from hills and also we have had leads printed with our practice details on for puppies. We had our own information pack which detailed what was available in our practice, the staff, out of hours cover, first aid, emergency numbers etc which we paid for and we then added bits to 'customise' to a particular client which we often got as freebies or very cheaply via reps. They are easy to put together and they do go down very well with the client.
