We send out welcome packs to all new clients, which consist of a card, brochure and free consult voucher. We pay for these ourselves, but it doesn't really cost us very much, and the clients seem to like it, so I think its worth doing.

If you are a Royal Canin practice we can supply you with templates for welcome letters which can be personalised for your practice. We can also suggest which literature to include etc

I make the new client/puppy kitten packs using leaflets and puppy/kitten care books which used to be avaliable from Pfizer' The plastic folders we get free from Virbac.

With the puppy/kitten ones I include a free food sample bag from hills and also we have had leads printed with our practice details on for puppies. (Blue + pink)

Yes I have done these at previous practices. We had our own information pack which detailed what was available in our practice, the staff, out of hours cover, first aid, emergency numbers etc which we paid for and we then added bits to 'customise' to a particular client which we often got as freebies or very cheaply via reps. They are easy to put together and they do go down very well with the client.
