Have you studied/researched anything in the earlier years of your degree. If you have done some work on something already it is easier to use this as a basis for your dissertation. For example I did a literature review on pain management in cats for my degree and then topped this up for my double dissertaion.

Umm....

I understand your difficulty! I struggled when deciding what to do for mine when I was in my 4th year. I also ran into problems with my orginal idea because it would have required a home office licence.

It's important to do something that interests you. If you are interested in the results then you will be motivated to do the work!

Have a look at what research has already been done in the areas that interest you. You don't want to do something that's already been done to death.

Maybe you could do some sort of survey looking at the role of the VN in radiography or lab work.
