What is your vote for the BEST handcream? I've tried loads, bought a tube of Neutrogena concentrated norweigen formula today which seems ok - Lady in the Pharmacy said it was the best. The best ones I've found are:

Aveda Hand Relief (not the best name though!)

L'Occitane Shea butter

Regular hand scrubs work well at reducing dry skin too.

Re: Nursing Hands - Hand Creams etc.

I just bought a big bottle and put some into a little one (I used a plastic dropper bottle coz they have narrow ends so can squeeze some out). I've been looking for a mini handwash to keep in my tunic (along with all the other stuff ) but havn't been able to find one - did you buy one or just put some into a little pump? I know you can get the travel ones so might do that in future if it helps.

Re: Nursing Hands - Hand Creams etc.

thanks for all suggestions so far, i think the best thing I started is to have a little pot of moisturising hand wash in my pocket for when I dont need surgical scrub.
The best hand cream I've ever used (believe me I have tried several) is the Body Shop hemp one. Works especially well with the cotton gloves overnight. The neutrogena (sp?) norweigen formula is also very good but a little sticky. I know you've tried these but imho they are the best.

I know Lush also do very good (and yummy) hand creams but they can be a little on the dear side.

[/quote]

Lush's Charity Pot is excellent, smells lovely and all the money goes towards charity!!

Re: Nursing Hands - Hand Creams etc.

The best hand cream I've ever used (believe me I have tried several) is the Body Shop hemp one.
