&lt;p&gt;The education section is still a work in progress. You are right, though, the search function does NOT currently search the wiki area of the site (which is what the education section sits in). We will be adding this in shortly, but it is a bigger task than you would think.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Meantime, if you go outside the site, and do a google search from the google main search page, you may have better luck, though it depends on whether Google has got as far as spidering the page you are after.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have found what i am looking for on the old website, just tried researching the same on the this website and it just says it cant find what i am looking for. &amp;#39;mammary mass&amp;#39; brings up lots of options on the old website but none on this one??? strange! thanks anyway!!!&lt;/p&gt;
