Don't make something up as it makes things a lot harder to write about. Try use either a confrontation or a positive compliment a member of staff or client has said about ou and use the gibbs reflective cycle motion to write about the different steps like evaluation etc, try not make the scenario part of the assignment too long as it makes things harder since its only 1000 words long and by his point you will be losing writing time. Be to the point, precise and follow the cycle and it's dead easy. x

Re: VNT1 Assignment

My best advice is to email the tutor your paper before handing it in if this has been offered and stick closely to the criteria. A lot of people in my block failed and had to re do it as they had not fully stuck to the criteria and had not emailed it to the tutor to give them advice.

Re: VNT1 Assignment

Once you've got a conversation in mind to use, just follow the Gibbs cycle of reflection and you'll be fine! It's been a couple of years since I had to do it so i'm sure others can help you further
