&lt;p&gt;but its vet nursing one and has all sorts of calculations you&amp;#39;ll need during your VN career (fluid therapy, drug dosages, anaesthetic flow rates, radiography exposure factors etc) &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have Lane &amp;amp; Cooper Veterinary Nursing book and its brilliant&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also have the Complete Textbook of Veterinary Nursing by Victoria Aspinall&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;just been reading your other threads congratulations on the job interview hope all goes well. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With regards to the BSAVA textbook i have the 4th edition which is great it is my bible and even though qualified still learn things from it. I had the second edition and i updated it recently. It still has similar chapters but the new one is in colour ( and lots of pretty pictures!) and has also been updated to include new regulations with regards to nursing and nursing care. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would imagine if they did bring out a 5th edition ( Not sure when that will be) that at the moment would be pretty similar and&amp;nbsp;would be&amp;nbsp;more expensive.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I think you would be ok with the 4th ed but it is up to you if you want to wait.&lt;/p&gt;
