We used a small animal play pen that we got from Pets at Home. Its a hexagonal one by design but we just connected the separate panels together to create a wall. It worked well for us but i'm not sure if you would need extra supports if it needs to be quite long. The benefit is that you can fold it down so is easy to store when not needed.

You could try your local Freecycle or Freegle group for any of the above!

What about chestnut fencing? Or those reed screen things you can get for your garden?

Ummm - trying to think ingenious and inventive thoughts, but it's not working very well! lol

artificial plants in the planter bit and plants on cat side rather than dog so they dont get peed on

We have some DIY ply wood with hinges on it... it works well until the Great Dane pups jump up at them and send them flying! haha...

Might be worth while thinking about something like that... x
