I did this 11 years ago and ended up having 2 interviews within the same week and ended up with 2 jobs to choose from. Maybe I was just lucky but not all practices advertise jobs, the one I&amp;nbsp;took my first job with always had a look through their letters and C.V&amp;#39;s first to see if there was anyone suitable prior to advertising.
