I'm really interested too, i'm american and i have a house i'm trying to sell that was my late mothers. I'm contenplating moving back and doing my studies there if i can't find anything here in the next few years and i have to keep paying that mortgage on top of rent here. :(

You can pm it to me if you like. Or I can re phrase, in terms of what you were allowed to do, in what way does it differ in what we are taught? and are all American states the same in the way they train or are there differences?

lol, nope, not getting into what I was allowed to do and what we had trained to do, that caused too much controversy in another topic when I mentioned it.

I always just thought that in USA they had to use the term 'technician' because 'nurse' was legally protected for referring to human nurses.

I trained on the American Vet Tech system and we were allowed to do much more than British Nurses...

In America I saw that fact in private practice as well..
