Something similar happened with a litter of labs near us. One of the stolen pups was brought in for vacc, the new owners had brought it innocently, believing that it was the pups mum that they had seen. Luckily these pups were quite distinctive and the breeders managed to get almost all of them back. its worth letting local vets know about the theft.

yes this happened with a litter of bulldog pups near me earlier this year and also a litter of husky pups a bit later on - one of the husky pups was later recovered but as to the rest?

Gosh how awful! I dont know how I'd cope if it were my litter stolen! hope he gets them back soon. Ill spread the word, im in shropshire :)

I would get them to contact the local paper and radio station if they haven't already - get a story in about the theft. Are the police involved?

as they are gundog stock these have probably been stolen to order - will circulate info among the shooters, well outside of the area but they could turn up anywhere. Any of them chipped at all?
