Mmmmmmm! Pancakes!

Mini-me 'helped' me to make pancakes for tea... the kitchen is still covered in flour lol!

I'm old school - sugar & lemon/orange juice (freshly squeezed!)

PS - yes, I'm a bad mum - the hound got one!

I made houndling sized pancakes (but don't tell OH cos I give him a row all the time for feeding them crap!) I feel pretty full though after the afternoon munching!! Not able for dinner either!! Over-pancaked!!

pancakes with Greek yoghurt, honey and a few almonds dropped on top

and they all flipped perfectly! - Morris was sat in wait but didnt drop a single one.
