 does anybody do this? I go toZumba and thought I might give this ago, The class I would be going to says that it involves yoga and pilates also, how bendy do you have to be to do it?

I have tried zumba and pilates before. found pilates a bit slow but it relaxed me and I BECAME more flexible, can now touch my toes (seems like such a simple thing but when I done it was chiffed!).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
