hey! uv probebly got ya tragus done by now so ul know it doesnt hurt too bad!! the best advice ive got is wear a good quality bar (titanium or platinum) and keep it really clean!! it takes about 4-6 months to heal well. mine healed well and i had it pierced in the middle of a field (download festival 2002)!! hope this helps

Tattoo's are very addictive, I'm now planning number 8, just not sure what to have! A few of mine I have just walked into the shop and picked one.

I've been umming about getting one for the past 2 years, mostly taken so long due to financial reasons but finally bitten the bullet. I've already planned what else I want!

Next will be japanese lucky cat (maneki neko) on both calf muscles.

I don;t think i'm gonna be able to book my next tattoo session until april :o( my weekends seem to be pretty booked for march....it's really annoying...i hate having my tattoo half done..i want it finished now!!!!!!

As well i'm also now working on my plans for other tattoos...no wonder i'm broke lol

The bottom of the back was the sorest tattoo that I had done, and it was not sorest on the actual spine.... more sore on the fatty bits , the other 2 that I have were annoying more than painful, as I just wanted to scratch when they were being done.

I'm getting 'Perseverance' across the small of my back, in a nice font, not too small..a decent size. Don't really know what to expect re: pain.

I was about to reply then saw that you'd had it done. I was about to say that it probably will hurt - ha!!!

I used to work at a piercing studio and had 15 piercings in various places.... Never had my tragus done but I had an orbital which was hell!!! Out of all the piercings that was the worse (I had some ahem, lady areas done too), it was soooo painful and just didn't heal for ages. It's because it's through cartlidge though so it takes longer plus it hurts like a mother. It even made a pop noise. Saying that though, my sister has her tragus done, she said it killed but it healed really well.

I love septum piercings, I've always wanted one but just haven't done it.

I'm wanting another tattoo. I have a teeny one on my neck, I was too chicken to get a big one first. It's Japanese writing saying 'Geoffery' which was my Dads name (he always wanted to go to Japan and like me had a great interest in the country)

ow, the pain the pain. i had my ears pierced when i was ten, cried like a baby, no more for me. thought about a tattoo but dont think im brave enough

Sorry its big but this is me with my septum down, when i wear it down i have the ring in. I also have a retainer which is shaped like a 'u' so you can flip it up so the sides are inside your nostrils!

Edit - and the one circled is a tragus piercing

I wonder am I getting too old for this!! Had to dye my hair tonight as a few grey so you can imagine I wasnt best pleased (only 33!)

However, what exactly is a tragmus (?sp) and nasal septum???? How can you show a nasal septum piercing one day and not the other??

Sorry, starting to feel my age!!

I have my ears pierced twice, dont often wear ear-rings though as I cant sleep with them in and always seem to lose them and have odd pairs!! I have a tattoo in memory of my brother on the top of my arm, it was ok, bearable!!

Yeah septum is nose i love mine cos no one knows about it and then randomly i wear it down and everyone gets really confused!!...I have to agree i don;t want to think about the other area :o/ lol

My boss doesn;t really care about my ear piercings...he gets confused as to if any are new or not lol!!! I have worked other vets where its a 3 per ear policy and no facial/other visible.

the spectum is the middle bit of nose. bit between ur bum and rude bites has two different names:
