Hi... thanks for your replies. We've priced ours at £18 which seems reasonable to me and so far the few pople I've spoken to seem v keen to have it done

W get all our puppies back at 16 weeks just because parvo is so bad in our area!

Hi, we offer to everyone but strongly recommend if 2nd vacc at 10 weeks. Have seen a few cases with 10 week finishes from neighbouring practices who have got parvo at 8-12 months of age, mostly not as severe but still bad enough. We also take the opportnity to check people have been worming and to discuss neutering with them, and to check if they have any training issues etc. Good extra point of client contact. We charge £16.50 including the health check/chat. We are in W mids

We tend to recommend for black and tan breeds mainly.

We recommend it if puppies have been vaccinated early (8-10 wks) and offer it to others. We charge £13.14 and also use nobivac.

If your in an area were parvo is a problem or if you think the dog is at risk then i think a 3rd parvo vacc is a good idea! alot of vets i know talk about having done it or think it should be done.

As for price i think it would depend on the price you pay for the vacc and your practices mark up.

We always recommend it, have quite a high number of parvovirus cases here (coventry) lately. Always done at 16 weeks, and we charge £20.41 I think for vaccination and full health check, or it could be £16ish I can't remember! We use nobivac for dog vaccines. Hope that's a bit of help for you :-)
