Faweather Grange is fabulous!!! I've been twice. The log cabins have hot tubs, indoor sauna's and log fires.

I know its not quite log cabins, but my BF and i went to york in feb and it was amazing. such a great city and it was very romantic. we stayed in a great B&B where all the rooms are in a seperate building (not there house). and the breakfast was the best thing ever!! i would really recommend it.

I would also suggest forest holidays, I think they r reasonable for what u get and there are a few different locations so bound to be one not too far from you, don't want to spend majority of weekend away driving. Also r u a member of groupon? They do some great deals for weekends away, u just have to wait for them to come up but I would say they normally have one a week, look it up on t'interweb!

Griffon Forest in York. I have heard great reviews from people and I really want to go. They have hot tubs, it looks lovely!

Donegal in ireland is super lovely, you can get a nice cottage on the beach there. or Paris?
