My two cats still very young at 12 months, have never had a problem eating. They have been on a diet of James Wellbeloved and Felix, since we got them as kittens, were both quite tubby, and always finished what was put in their bowls.
Poor babies

What med's were they put on and for how long? normally we would give them erythromycin for 28 days for campylobacter.

Were they kept isolated from your other pets while being treated?

You may have to get a faecal sample and retest as they now could be shedders and it is possible that they will or have infected the new puppy and start the cycle all over again. Normally it effects puppies and kittens under 6 months of age but it is possible that all your animlas have been infected. Some never show clinical signs.

I would certainly be concerned in the fact that they have become fussy and lost a lot of weight.

Further blood testing may also be in order. The weight loss would concern me and I would run bloods on them and also test for FIV and Felv as well. I would also be concerned with FIP

I would have thought that the puppy may be getting to their food but if you say that they are barely licking the food you give them this would seem unlikely.

Are they nervous or outgoing cats normally? Do they have a peaceful place that they can escape to when they want to? Are they feed on the floor or up on a height and in a private place with little disturbance's

Has the new puppy been checked out??

I would probably suggest some bloods to be on the safe side for them though.
