Yes absolutely. That has definitely been one of the things I have been told as well by pet carers on the Facebook page or via emails etc. They just get comfort from realising that there are plenty of others who 'get it' and that they are not alone and do not have to grieve in isolation. Thanks for increasing awareness of the site.

Thanks. I have previously had some communication with them to let them know about the site and that we promote their services and they have done the same which is great. Working together to do what we can to help.

They definitely seem to. There has been a lot of interaction especially on the site's Facebook page and people do seem to appreciate having like-minded people to interact with.

Since its launch in July, The Ralph Site has seen a growing number of site visitors, memorials created and "likes" of its Facebook page. Some vet practices have requested flyers to give out to pet carers either at the time their pet is euthanased or in sympathy cards that are sent out. We would be very happy to send A5 flyers to anyone who would like some. I spent ages on it yesterday and think it's fantastic. I have also posted the link on the Cyprus ex-pats forum I use as there isn't much in the way of organised support for them and have already have some amazing feedback from several people who have lost pets to all the usual causes, plus poisonings, leishmaniasis etc. Great site and will definitely be passing the link to anyone I feel might appreciate it or benefit from it.
