Can anyone recommend a cd or anything to help?

Thanks.

Re: Meditation C.D

Not sure if you have an iPhone Heather, but you can download some free guided meditation apps I've been trying a few and found them quite helpful x

Re: Meditation C.D

Thanks Sal

Re: Meditation C.D

just pick a favourite soothing piece of music/sounds , make yourself comfortable, close your eyelids down and just listen to the music or sounds and as you listen just allow the pictures or whatever comes from your imagination to take you on a journey. ie just allow yourself to drift and its as simple of that. Forget all this emptying your mind rot unless you want to make things difficult.

Most people have a piece of music or a sound that will become special to them - I use Tear of the Moon - Coyote Oldman but I think after 15yrs of listening to this in hypnosis classes I am sort of programmed to it now! - just listened to a bit of it on Amazon just now to make sure it was still available and could feel my heart rate instantly slowing
