 The HODs are throwing their weight around with pointless rules and regs. Only you can make that decision. But from experience if you do stick your head above the parapet be prepared to be shot at&amp;nbsp;and wounded&amp;nbsp;and be prepared to follow through once you have started. If it comes down to the he said /she said routine then nobody benefits.&amp;nbsp;Maybe something needs to happen to&amp;nbsp; bring things to head&amp;nbsp;and &amp;nbsp;clear the air? or maybe it could make things a whole lot worse?&amp;nbsp;- again only you can make that decision. Is mediation out of the question?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;its not good if clients are noticing, and maybe this could be a starting point for&amp;nbsp; a constructive discussion rather than a destructive one? - &amp;nbsp;not how unhappy staff are but to point out that clients are unhappy what is making them unhappy and then move onto ways of improving staff morale&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
