Think you made the right choice, and I reckon the interviewers will see you made the effort

It says on the letter to bring sensible shoes and outdoor clothing (overalls will be provide on the day). The first interview i wore black trousers and a blouse and a lot of people wore jeaans and jacket but i thought its an interview so I am fine in my formal wear. This one i havent a clue i have got out jeans a black top and a gilet with trainers out but now am not sure lol.

Re: Interview clothing.

Or maybe go with the LA vet look? Walking trousers or similar, very sensible shoes like walking boots, and a rugby top type thing?

Difficult! Not sure how I would go, but deffo not jeans. Smart interview clothes maybe, with flatties, but with a change of clothes that is out doors type, but not jeans!

A few times I have been to interviews in plain black trousers, doc martens (sensible, but smart-ish - if polished up!), a smart plain jumper, and a jacket that I don't mind getting hairy over my arm! And I have a few times been asked to muck in at an interview, and been glad that I had dressed somewhat appropriatley.

However, I am rubbish at clothes and fashion and what looks good together and what doesn't - but they are not looking for a fashionista! They are looking for a VN!

Good luck! I bet all the other candidates are stressing over what to wear too - I would be!
