I have a Littmann Classic, which I find great for dogs/cats/rabbits. I want to get an infant for the smaller things. If you are wanting just the one i'd for for the middle and get pediatric, so you can use for a wider range of animals.

i use the littmann master cardiology which comes with a rubber adaptor fitting to make the diaphragm smaller works really well i also find that the sound is a lot better than the classic

I struggle with stethoscopes generally cos I've only got little ears and the ear pieces on all the ones I've used are too big

Any suggestions welcomed

I think having a bigger bell is better, my sister clinic has an infant one, and the bell is sooooo tiny! I stuggled with it to be honest. I have the Littmann Classic II S.E. and I love it! It was a leaving gift from my old boss!
