 I am really struggling with home care plans as I cannot find any helpful links or info anywhere, about what needs to be included/specifications of a home care plan. I can&amp;#39;t even log on to my college&amp;#39;s intranet at the minute!

&lt;p&gt;I would normally look at the case, list its needs and requirements such as food feeding amounts and times,&amp;nbsp; medication types and times, physio types and times, exercise etc and then write/type them onto and A4 sheet for the owner. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It really depends on the case you want it for.&lt;/p&gt;
