I have been having a recurring dream for this past month or so now. I dream that a long time ago, someone was murdered and buried at the end of our garden where we used to have trees. I also dream that I get this terrible feeling and I have to ask my husband, did we really murder x (x is unknown) and he replies, yes then I get the same feeling all over again that there is no way I can cope with having comitted murder and have yet to be found out. It is very scary when I dream that.

Re: Anyone watching Dantes Peak on tv?

I'll have a look at the link, would be interesting to know why i dream what i do. Ta

Re: Anyone watching Dantes Peak on tv?

Hi Vicky,

In which case you should check out this american site:

www.dreammooods.com

It has an online dream dictionary which can give you an insight to the reasons why you dream what you dream. Sometimes in waking life, things may not seem aparrent, however the subconscious is taking it all in.....when we sleep our bodies and mind have time to heal and process the events of the day, which is often why we dream in a certain way. If we have re-occurring dreams then this can be a sign that we need to deal with something in our waking life. It's like an alarm - alerting us to either a difficult situation or person or thing which is causing us some form of upset. The way to deal with "nightmares" or wierd dreams is to write them down whilst you remember. Keep a book and pen at the side of your bed and write down what you dream. That way in the morning you can analyse what it is you have been dreaming about and hopefully deal with a particular situation more effectively.

Hope this helps
