I've got an interview for an animal care assistant job and was wondering if anyone knew what questions might be asked, or what questions you might ask if you were the interviewer. Just want to be able to prepare well for it.
Thanks

Re: interview questions

Well they didnt ask anything that was difficult. I just find it hard to get across what i want to say sometimes, which isnt very helpfull lol. But yeh it wasnt too bad, i think it went well and theyre going to let me know next week. Really hope i get it.

Re: interview questions

I was asked once how I would respond if I approached a vet to see an emergency, come in off the street, and they either refused or took ages 'messing around'!?

I said I would tell them in no uncertain terms, that I needed a vet, NOW!

Strange question, as most vets come a running when that happens.

I got the job too

Re: interview questions

I was asked once what my favourite movie was.... random... I think they were trying to psyco-analys me!

My reply was the Saw movies - because watching people cutting themselves up on TV and then watching ops in theatre stopped me from living out deep desire to try it myself... I was offered the job!

(for the record though, I knew the interviewer so it was a bit of a piss take... my favourite movie is actually Cruel Intentions) ;-)
