Here it goes
My neighbour has two young cats, approx 6-8months old, looks like just neutered females. They have started to jump over the fence and come into my garden, and use it as a litter tray

Re: how can i deter cats from my garden safely?

Thanks for all the messages, the silent roar stuff arrived this morning, so will put it down and see. We have both but I didn't want them using it as a loo or digging stuff up.

Don't waste your money on this - the dogs dug my carrots up and the cats still use my flower bed as a loo.

Someone told me that cats don't like the smell of French Marigolds - now either my cats have no sense of smell or that's an old wives tale....... Pretty though - til they get flattened by Lucy making herself comfy in the sun.....

These are really good too, we used to have cats coming in our garden every day, making a mess of our flower beds and winding up the dog! Is a motion sensored machine, lets off a really high pitched sound when an animal goes past, not quite sure how it works, but my dog doesnt seem bothered by it at all, but cat only crossed past it once!! Make sure u have it at the right setting though..... or it lets off a horrid sound that we can then hear!! We bought ours from Frosts
