And D is close to the beginning of the alphabet, and wheb it be comes a world famous franchise people will just say, 'I'm taking the dog to DD's'. And everyone will know what they are talking about because it will be SO great!!

Can't think of any catchy names beginning with A though - best I can do is Alpha Dogs

Little tip try to think of names starting with the first few letters of the alphabet. The reason for this is when people are ringing round for quotes you'll be one of the first they ring. By about 6 calls they'll be flagging to ring anyone else. 'Alpha clips' would be one, but it's a bit dull.... .... i like you're selection they sound better.

I've just been on line looking for insperation and i found 'Doggy Style'! lol

I thought of this one a few years ago - which somebody then nicked but they are now out of business and nowhere near your area

Groomingdales (lots of Americans where I was working then)

another couple we came up with was

Shampoodles (which is actually quite common when we looked around)

Picture Furpet (instead of picture perfect)

in the finish we went for 'woofits' (well it was actaully woofits wash house but it got shortened)
