not a reversing problem very much a forwads motion problem but how about this one happened this morning

there we were stopped at the traffic lights behind a van minding our own business and along comes another van behind us and stuffs us up the backend shoving us into the van in front- hard enough to pop both driver and passenger door and deploy airbags. His explanation ' I thought the lights were changing to green so by the time I got up to you you would have moved out of the way'

Luckily only the car is injured as the police arrived in time to stop van driver 1 lamping van driver 2 but it did mean I missed Chelsea flower show

Apologies to anybody in Boston who was late for work this morning held up behind us

The guy texted me his ins. details today they are channel islands he was in a land rover with personal numbers on in his initals so not short of a bob or to. He was very plesant and apologetic. I texted back that l was only claiming for the door l think l can use my mums car so wont need car hire and wont be claiming for anything else. So many people put in huge claims for all sorts of rubbish l just wanted him to know l was being up front with him.

I almost got squished in a car park once because someone didn't look, was crossing between the rows of cars, one person was stopped along the row brake lights on, no reversing light on so I crossed behind them to get to my car, I was probably middle of her car when her reversing lights came on and she started moving backwards, luckily i wasn't daydreaming and ran out of the way hitting her boot in the process to get her to realise I was there, she started effing and blinding at me saying I shouldn't be crossing......errrrrm how else was I meant to get to my car and she had brake lights on and no reversing lights when I started to cross! but of course it was all my fault and probably still would have been my fault if i'd ended up underneath her car!!!

What an idiot... the other day someone left their handbrake off and rolled into the back of my new car! And then drove off!! One person saw but didn;t get his details because he ran off - lucky it was just scratches but I was livid!

The main thing is your ok and you got his details. As long as he takes full responsibility it shouldn't effect your insurance too much as be non fault.

Hope your ok tho Caro and don't worry to much. Will think of you tomorrow!

The 1st anniversary is hard but you'll get there and you have some great friends around you who will give you all the support you need.

I'm not surprised - accidents are scary. Our windscreen got taken out by a golf ball a few weeks ago while we drove past a golf club. It took me over an hour to stop shaking.

I didnt do great never thought about photos, or witnesses rang services today and no cctv. It is Brian's birthday on monday and he passed 4th june so lately l have been very emotional and doing lot crying l didnt cry but wanted to and shook a lot.
