I do not think the one l want will ever end up at 02 so am looking at the Samsung F400 does any one have it. The write up's seem good, not as good a camera as l wanted but it is reliable.

Re: Mobile Phones.

Lost the back off my k750i and so had to change. Long story but ended up next day (thursday) in 02 more dramas with the business account really threw teddy in corner but shop sorted it. Chris (shop assist) wouldnt let me near the phone bless him.

Anyhow saw and liked the Nokia 5800 all was well but the camera was not good. Then l found it did not hold the settings. So spend hours on the internet cross referencing all the 02 handsets they sold.

Had to take Nokia 5800 back friday. Shame l loved the phone. They did not have the F400 or Viewty both said for sale but he said not been in for months as to many problems. SO l got the samsung soul. Did my head in trying to set it up and the predictive text is awful so trying to learn the other way. Camera seems excellent and has cover. Not set up music yet BUT the radio is very quiet a worry as l use it a lot. May be the head set as plays ok on speaker? At moment it is recharging. I spent 3 hours today trying to change my phone book over gave up and wrote in every phone number and name again it was not letting me edit to phone or god knows what l got so confused.

Anyhow l may stick with the samsung soul just the radio l want to sort. and see how it sounds on music on the mp3 and how photos look transfered oh and how long battery lasts.

Re: Mobile Phones.

Just been into the local 02 shop as opposed to the other one with easy car parking. And blew my stack. We have had nothing but problems sorting out the business contract since july last year! Today l found they still had us on a 12month l blew up. When sorted they have promised to sort out credits and get it done. The local shop has always been good it is the business side. Anyway the lass in the shop l told her if they (02 business that we can only reach via phone) do not sort it this time l will be very angry. I actually saw her turn pale l didn't think l had been as bad as that but apparently my angry was scary my very angry is not to be wanted.

In 07 when l went self employed l discovered that when o2 bought BT they had dropped me so l showed on 02 system but paid BT so couldnt get an upgrade phone despite being due.

I went sim card only and that was a load of hassle to get that sorted then it was more or less ok.

Hub and l went ltd company last july time and this will now be the 2nd credit after they messed up and put both phones on separate accounts.

They also "forgot" to put us on a 24mth contract which was a lot cheaper. So thats todays credit to come through.

And after they fix the 02 network which has gone down in lancashire (if anyone from 02 has problems today) I need to double check some other items with hub and may be melting phone lines again.

Re: Mobile Phones.

Hi Caro
